Janathon day 8: nice and simple - yoga!
fitness ·Thursday evening is orchestra evening (the Misbourne Symphony Orchestra in Amersham), and I had an errand to run in Watford this lunchtime, so I wasn't sure where Janathon was going to fit today. Then Mrs H suggested I might like to try the yoga workout she had just prepared: she didn't have to offer twice! What a great start to the day, and I like the way that yoga helps to clear your mind; I have a few things going on that are taking a lot of mental effort, and yoga is one of the main sources of relief. Nice one, YogaByEllie!
So that's about 1 hour of flow yoga today, and I have also managed 13,000 steps, largely courtesy of trudging round John Lewis and other shops in Watford.
Oh, and 20 token press-ups for good measure...
