Janathon day 10: that sandwich, finally

It wasn't what I'd planned, but nonetheless today has been a good day.

First, I hadn't expected to make it to Wild Training this morning, as Mrs H had designs on a yoga class. However, she very kindly let me go anyway, so I had an hour of "kettlebell challenge". For further details on what we did, take a look at the report for day 5 of Janathon. The good news was that I managed 505 reps, which was better than both last week and the start of the phase. That's one very happy Tim!

Then, the planned activity was another bike outing. Again, this didn't go to plan: like everywhere else, from what I read, the wind here was awful so we took the decision in favour of self-preservation. But ... then the unexpected treat! There is a regular, mini-circuits class that Darrell runs with some friends on a Saturday afternoon, and a space came up at the last minute! So another hour of circuit-like activity to enjoy.

I was amused to see that he posted some videos from this section on his Facebook page, if you want to see four people suffering!

So, as you can see, I finally managed my "exercise sandwich" without having to leave it open!
