Janathon day 20: yoga!
fitness ·There were plans; I was going to be back on Wild Training, followed by a yoga class. But plans change, and this time it was the Wild that took the bosh. However, all wasn't lost, as the yoga still went very nicely, thank you! Probably a rest wasn't a bad plan, either, as I'm still a bit achy from yesterday... And I can't complain despite the cold, since the class was in our room with underfloor heating. This is very much preferable to the ideas I've been reading on other Janathon blogs involving outdoor yoga..!
I've also walked a fair way today - nearly 12,000 steps, just over 5.5 miles. That helps keep things under control too.
So - all good, and that means Wild Training tomorrow instead! See you then...
