Janathon day 31: all over, in more ways than one...
fitness ·I am a broken man. The combination of minimal sleep over the last few days, plus yesterday's upper-body workout, has left me absolutely shattered! You know that thing when you become run-down, and start getting colds, headaches, delirium etc? That.
It's not all bad, though:
- Boom! I got our tax returns out the door on time.
- Despite the pain under my arms (pull-ups, I think), I have still managed 10 press-ups as a token Janathon exercise for today
- Although I'm about to get in bed and sleep for A LONG TIME, I'm still feeling positive about (an admittedly rather sketchy) Janathon this year, and look forward to getting things back on track after the busiest January I can remember
I'm not going to tot up what I've done this month: given what else has been going on, it feels like a miracle I got much done at all! It was what it was, and that's good!
