Late (janathon day 9)

Working rather late tonight, so just a quick entry. The day has been pretty action-packed, all told. I kicked off with kettlebell circuits, worked all day, did an hour’s yoga and then did a few more hours of work.

My main observation today has been that movement-based meditation of the kind you do in eg qigong has a lot to recommend it; I find I get less distracted than following an audio guided meditation.
